1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully checked before dispatch.

2. Shipping Within India

We offer free standard shipping across India.
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

We're delighted to offer worldwide shipping.
International charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance.
Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays caused by courier partners, weather, or customs processing may occasionally occur. We'll keep you informed if anything affects your order.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
