Welcome to House of Falguni ("HOF", "we", "us", or "our"). We are an Ahmedabad-based ethnic and Indo-Western fashion label, crafting handmade pieces for the modern Indian woman. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchases from us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Who Can Shop With Us

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to refuse service, or to suspend or restrict access, where these Terms are misused.

2. Your Account

You may need to create an account to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend or close accounts associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity.

3. Products & Orders

Each House of Falguni piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, and finish are natural and are not considered defects. We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but your screen settings may cause what you see to differ from the actual garment.

Please note that some product images on our website are AI-generated for visual representation. Actual garments and handmade accessories may vary in colour, texture, and detailing.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to decline or cancel any order — including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are included where required. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment partners using secure gateways. We do not collect or store your card or bank details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Complimentary standard delivery within India is available on orders of ₹999 and above. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹100 delivery charge. We also ship to selected international destinations at a flat ₹1,999 per order. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders remain the customer’s responsibility. 6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible full-price clothing and Home pieces may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy and a ₹499 return charge. Jewellery—including earrings, bangles and neckpieces—stoles and wraps, diaries, bags, gift boxes, …complete-look or combo sets, fragile Home pieces in ceramic and marble, and pieces bought at a reduced sale price are non-returnable. Using a welcome or promotional code, such as HELLO10, does not affect return eligibility. If any piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. 7. User Responsibilities

When using our website, you agree to:

use it only for lawful purposes;
provide truthful and accurate information at checkout;
refrain from any activity that could damage, disable, or interfere with the website or its security; and
not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and the House of Falguni name and branding — is owned by or licensed to House of Falguni and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
