3. Products & Orders

Each House of Falguni piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, and finish are natural and are not considered defects. We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but your screen settings may cause what you see to differ from the actual garment.

Please note that some product images on our website are AI-generated for visual representation. Actual garments and handmade accessories may vary in colour, texture, and detailing.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to decline or cancel any order — including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are included where required. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment partners using secure gateways. We do not collect or store your card or bank details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within India and ship to select destinations worldwide. Estimated delivery timelines and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. 6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive. Eligible items may be returned in unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact, within the window set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
