Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this, a nominal shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow it to your door.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India. For international enquiries, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Every piece is true to our size range of S–2XL. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements before ordering.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Each House of Falguni piece is handcrafted by artisans in India. Slight variations in print, colour or finish are a natural hallmark of handmade work — never a defect, always a signature.

How should I care for my pieces?

We recommend a gentle hand wash or dry clean for delicate and block-printed fabrics. Store jewellery in a dry place away from moisture and perfume to preserve its finish.
