Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping across India.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery within India generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Where do you ship?

We ship across India and worldwide. International delivery charges are calculated at checkout; customs duties and import taxes remain the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Eligible full-price clothing and Home pieces may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed, while Home pieces must be unused, undamaged and complete as received. Every return must include its original tags, labels and retail and protective packaging. A ₹499 return charge applies. Earrings and sale or discounted pieces are non-returnable.

What materials do you use, and are they skin-safe?

Our clothing is made in homegrown cotton and cotton blends that hold their shape through a full day. Our jewellery is handcrafted from skin-safe materials — fabric, pearl, shell and brass — chosen to sit comfortably against the skin. Everything is designed to be worn, not just admired.

Where are your products made?

Every House of Falguni piece is handcrafted by artisans in Ahmedabad, India. We work in small batches, close to the people who make each piece.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Each piece is handcrafted by artisans in India. Slight variations in print, colour or finish are a natural hallmark of handmade work — never a defect, always a signature.

How do I find my size?

Every piece is designed across S to 2XL and runs true to size. Please refer to our Size Guide for exact measurements, and if you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Do you make co-ord sets?

Yes. Our co-ord sets pair a handcrafted top with a matching bottom in one considered look, cut for festive evenings and easy day-to-evening wear. Explore them in Kurtas & Dresses.

Are House of Falguni earrings fabric earrings?

Many are. Several styles — including the Ruby Drops, Kamal Drops, Blush Mirage, Kundan Katha, Leher and Geometric Ghungroo — are handmade fabric earrings, shaped by hand from fabric offcuts and finished with ghungroo, kundan or mirror-work detail. Are the fabric earrings lightweight and comfortable?

Yes. Because they're shaped from fabric rather than metal, our fabric earrings are light and easy to wear from morning to evening — the kind you forget you have on.

How should I care for my pieces?

For clothing, we recommend a gentle cold hand wash or dry clean, especially for block-printed and hand-dyed fabrics — wash separately the first few times and dry in shade. For jewellery, store it in a dry place away from moisture and perfume to preserve its finish.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major prepaid methods — UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Not at the moment. We currently accept prepaid payments only — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets — which keeps checkout quick and secure.

Do you restock pieces that sell out?

Sometimes. Many pieces are made in small batches, so a favourite may sell out and not always return. Join our email list or drop us a message, and we'll let you know if something is coming back.
