From the House
Corporate gifting fails in a predictable way. It is bought late, bought in bulk, and bought to be inoffensive, which produces something nobody objects to and nobody keeps.
The pieces here are chosen against the opposite brief. Each one is made by hand, so it carries a story a recipient can repeat, and each one is useful at a desk or a table rather than decorative on a shelf. The Katha Fabric Diary travels well and needs no size. The Zari Gold Dessert Spoons read as considered without being personal. The hand-carved marble outlasts everything around it.
Volume, branding and staggered delivery are handled through the gifting concierge rather than the checkout, because small-batch stock has to be planned rather than pulled off a shelf.
A corporate gift is doing one job: making the relationship feel considered. Mass-produced objects fail at that because the recipient can price them instantly and knows how little thought was involved.
A hand block-printed diary is harder to read that way. It is visibly made by a person, it is not identical to the one on the next desk, and it invites a question rather than a polite thank you. The economics are also better than people expect, because you are paying for labour rather than for a brand markup. We set out what that labour actually costs in why handcrafted work costs what it does.
