How it's made
Cloth, cord, clay or stone is chosen by hand for grain, weight and character before work begins.
The piece is cut, shaped or formed by an artisan, working to the exact design by hand.
Detailing, embellishment or finishing work — beading, printing, painting or stitching — is added by hand.
Every piece is checked by hand before it leaves Ahmedabad, so small natural variations are seen, not hidden.
A work tote that carries the laptop and still looks like part of the outfit. The Ikat Tote Bag is handwoven in Ahmedabad, with a padded sleeve for laptops up to 14 inches, a premium metal zip, vegan leather handles, and a zip-and-slip interior for everything you move through a day with. Three colourways: Midnight Ikat in blue, Noor in black, and Ruby Ikat in red.

Ikat is woven, not printed. The yarn is resist-dyed by hand before it ever reaches the loom, so the pattern lives inside the cloth rather than sitting on top of it. We took that heritage weave and built it into a bag for the working day, with a padded sleeve for the laptop and room for everything else you carry. Handwoven in Ahmedabad and finished with vegan leather. The small shifts in the motif are the weave's signature, not a flaw.
