The short answer: dress the earring to the top, not to the jeans. Denim goes with everything, which is exactly why the earring has to do something. What earrings go with a plain T-shirt and jeans?
A plain tee is a blank page, so the earring is the whole point of interest. Pick something with texture or movement, and let it be the only thing you add.

What about a shirt and jeans, for work or a presentation?

Evenings are where statement earrings belong, and jeans keep a statement pair from looking overdressed. Do you need to spend ₹999 on earrings for jeans?
Not always. Marketplace sets of 18 to 24 pairs of western earrings sell for around ₹400 to ₹500. If you want to try a trend for a month, that is a reasonable way to do it, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
What the extra money buys is time and material. Every product page records how long one curator took to make that pair: 40 minutes for the Ibrik Accents, 60 for the Shell Saga, 66 for the Black Bloom and Midnight Mist, 90 for the Ghungroo Studs and 180 for each jhumka. Our fabric pairs are cut from offcuts of the cloth left over from our kurtas and stoles, so no two come out quite the same.
If a pair is going to be worn with jeans four days a week, that is the pair worth paying for. The trend pair can stay cheap.
What these earrings are bad at
Fabric does not like water. Take fabric and tassel pairs off before rain, a swim or a spray of perfume, and never wash them.
Ghungroo bells make a small sound when you move, which is the point at a garba night and less so in an exam hall. Natural shell varies, so your Shell Saga pair will look a little different from the photographs.
