How do you attach a bag charm?

Open the swivel lobster clasp and clip it onto a handle ring, a bag chain or a zip pull. It also clips onto a key ring.

Are the tassels real silk?

Yes. The tassels are real silk thread. The clasp and the other hardware are silver-tone or gold-tone metal, not real silver or gold, and the beads on Motiya and Gulabi are pearl beads, not real pearls.

Each charm is made by hand by one curator in the House of Falguni studio in Ahmedabad. One charm takes about an hour.

How much does a bag charm cost?

Each Rang & Resham charm is ₹599. In the same order as any House of Falguni bag, it is ₹499.

Is a bag charm a good gift?

It is a gift under ₹1,000, made by hand from real silk, and each charm is packed separately in its own wrap. Charms are not returnable, so choose the colour with care.

Can I return a charm?

No. Each charm is made by hand, so it is not returnable. If one arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.
