Saanjh is the hour when the day softens and the chai comes out. These are the chai cups for that hour: six stackable ceramic cups in warm ivory, each hand-painted with an indigo jhalar border of hearts and blossoms, the kind of motif you'd find trimming an old haveli doorway. Made for cutting chai, filter coffee, or anything shared. They pair with the Heritage Blue Plates from the same motif family, and mix with the rest of our hand-painted ceramics.
Saanjh means dusk, the hour the household gathers, the kettle goes on, and conversation stretches.
